HRMS consists of a range of application modules that support the entire organization in resource planning in today's modern Organization environment. Each module can be implemented individually or can be combined to form an integrated system to suit any of the organizational needs.
HRMS is integrated with the pay roll processing system that provides information of employees, Maintains salary details, appraisal etc. and Generates salary slips and related MIS reports. It provides comprehensive data security to prevent unauthorized user access through its easy-to-use Windows-based subsystems.
Recruitment Module
The Recruitment process begins with the data of the candidates who are applying for the job and it can be used for subsequent data mining. The data can be viewed on the basis of Location, Function, Position, By Date, Skill sets, Experience in years etc or any combination of these fields. The Recruitment module comprises of following sub modules:

Resume Capture
It is used for capturing applicant's details including Personnel, Education experience, Sports, Dependents and specialization. -
Resume Search
Profile or candidate searches are done using the Query Search Engine, Considering the specifications it searches the entire database of resumes. -
Interview Scheduling
Once the required Resume is found then comes the next job of scheduling the interviews for the short listed candidates. This is automatically done by the system. -
Interview Ratings
There can be many rounds of interviews and the candidate can be called many times so here the interview rating helps to capture all the ratings of the candidates. This captures ratings for Qualification, Character, Written test, Sample work, Group Discussion and Interview outcome etc. -
Catalogs
Catalogs store values like candidate's educational qualifications, specialization, skill, etc.
Induction Module
The function of Induction Module begins once the candidate accepts the offer and joins the organisation. It covers:
a. Joining Formalities
* Processing administration necessities as work station allocation, etc
* Communicating Joining information to all departments
* Sending a delay message if requirements are not been processed on time
* Assigning of employee code
* Adding employee information to the employee database
b. New Joinees Induction
* Informing all department heads about the Induction Programme
* Induction Programme includes information on all departments
* Induction feedback forms filled by New Joinees
Employee Database Module
This captures and stores all the information regarding the employees.

Employee Data Capture
This allows automatic transfer of data from the Recruitment module to the Employee database. The module captures complete information of every employee regarding promotion letters, appraisal dates, Calculation of Salary Components, certificates, Increment dates etc. -
Reports
All reports with respect to birthday, personal details, PF contribution card, employee service card locations, transfer details, department and designations wise employee list, date of joining, experience, basic salary, appraisals, etc are provided. -
Resume Search
The software allows for extensive resume search on the basis of Name, Religion, Category (Development/Support/Admin/Accounts), Status(Resigned/ Suspended/Active or Leave), Job Code, Education & Sports, Insurance, Cost center & Department, etc.
Establishment Module
This Module covers the management of employee work and their leaves.

Shift Management
This module maintains the shift details of the employees such as employee's daily in and out time, working hours etc. -
Leave
Record of Leaves and attendance are updated through leave form on day-to-day basis. And based on the leave application type (casual, earned etc.) the leave records are updated. -
Time Sheet
Tracking the attendance of employee is done by time sheet, which has to be filled by every employee every day. -
Transfers
This monitors all transfers of the employees such as the Permanent Transfers and Temporary Transfers of employees.
Appraisal Module
The module maintains all key parameters essential to appraise employees.

Performance Assessment
This includes the progress review of an employee by following the parameters of assessing him on behavior, function and overall performance. -
Performance Outcome
This keeps a record of Pay Fixation, Increment, Bonus, Development Plan and Feedback to the supervisor.
Training Module
The module takes care of the training requirement of the organization.

Course Details Preparation
This helps in preparing the details of the modules/courses to be conducted. -
Training Calendar Preparation
The system generates the Training Schedule automatically. The system also provides for the facility to take the training feedback. -
Enrolling Participants
The system has the functionality of enrolling and informing the participants.
Payroll Management Module
The HRMS/Payroll module provides information of employees, maintains salary details, appraisal etc. The system generates all payroll reports including salary slips and related MIS reports. Its functions include:

Accounting Period Payroll Salary Calculations.

Income Tax Computation.

Updation of employee salary details before final processing.

Post Payroll Process.

Provision for Bonus, advance, leave encashment etc.
