User Training

It will mainly take care of data entry, report printing and other routine tasks related to the operation and maintenance of HRMS. It will also broadly cover some of the features of Progress Database so as to enable the user to make small adhoc queries/report on his own.  It will mainly stress on the benefits of HRMS and give a comprehensive overview of HRMS, in terms of functionality and features.

System Administration and Developer's Training

The training will stress on the database management and maintenance, security feature and access control features. The training will prepare System Administrator to become competent advisors to all users. They will be trained on all aspects pertaining to HRMS, from the installation of the system to being an expert in System Administration e.g. customization for additional requirements, trouble shooting/problem solving, definition and authorization profiles etc.

Management Training

This would be imparted to Top Management of the Organization and would demonstrate the usability and functionality of the application.
