Salient features of the Training Programme

Duration- 6 months.

Faculty - Highly qualified trainers drawn from the Software Consulting Group and on job training with Project Leaders.

Eligibility:
a. BE/B Tech/ MCA. Any experience in software development will be given due weightage.
b. Good communication skills – Oral & Written. -
Selection Procedure (will be held at JKT’s Noida facility)
a. Written Test
b. Personal Interview -
After the successful completion of the comprehensive training of six months, candidates will be given a job opportunity as a Software Professional with JKT, or its clients/associates or any other organisation.

The above opportunity will be provided to the candidates who meet the minimum standards prescribed by JKT. These standards and measures will be the decision of JKT management and will be final.

Salary will be as per industry standards.

However, those who do not perform well will constantly be updated and will be provided the opportunity to improve.

Finally, if they are unable to meet the desired performance standards, they may not be absorbed and in that case 50% of the total fee will be refunded.

Selected candidates would undergo rigorous training on Progress and related applications like Character Programming, GUI Programming, Webspeed etc.
Training Fees
The fee for the entire package is Rupees one lakh twenty five thousand only, to be paid in three easy installments.
