JK Technosoft Opens its Second Development Centre

JK Technosoft (JKT) today announced the opening of its second development center in Bangalore. The decision to upscale to a new and bigger office in the city was necessitated with the expanding business of the company that has aggressive plans to achieve 100% growth for FY 2007-08. The new center is spread over 15,000 sq ft and will house 200 developers.
“Expansion in our enterprise services portfolio and active recruitments of resources has prompted us to expand into a bigger premises”, said Mr. Ramesh, Sr. VP – Enterprise Solutions. JKT participated in the three-day “Progress Technology World 2006” technical conference, which was organized by the highly-esteemed Progress Software Corporation, USA. PSC is specialized in providing application infrastructure software for the development, deployment, integration and management of business applications based on Progress technology. The conference was held in Athens, Greece.

JKT appoints Mr. Yuvraj Bahadur as Non-Executive Director

JKT secures sizable HMS orders from prominent hospitals

JKT has secured 5 new orders for its flagship product HMS (Hospital Management System) implementations in India. The product has been developed as a fully functional Hospital Management System, which caters all the requirements of a modern health care institution.
As per one of the existing clients of HMS, “I must admit to having the distinct advantages of (a) designing & using less comprehensive database management programs of a similar nature using MS-Access and Oracle engines (b) participating in training aimed at providing skills in computer usage for several EHA co-workers (c) possessing more than working knowledge in databases, medicine and hospital administration and (d) having reviewed the software (in the single-user mode) on my laptop for several months prior to the evaluation.”
