Fresher Induction

JKT Education has successfully executed induction programs for various corporate houses. Fresher program includes fresh recruits from engineering colleges, universities, management colleges, etc. We do the entire TNA (Training Need Analysis) with the respective organizations, and based on the input gathered, we design the day wise training delivery schedule.

The main objectives of JKT’s fresher induction program are:
