Vivek heads JKT Consulting which focuses on Business Transformation & Application Management services for organizations in Manufacturing & Services space.

Vivek specializes in Supply Chain Management, Business IT Alignment & data driven decision making frameworks by leveraging the SAP eco-system. He has more than 18 years of experience and has advised organizations across the world on issues like Inventory Optimization, Reducing Product Development Cycle Time, IT Governance, Eliminating WIP Waste, Optimizing Business Process Models implemented on SAP, Reduction in Empty Truck Loads, IT Strategy definition, etc. He carries extensive experience in transitioning largely in-sourced IT operations to hybrid multi-shore delivery models. He carries the distinction of having delivered ERP projects & services in more than 25 countries.

Vivek’s experience includes a 6 years inning with Tata Steel where he was responsible for automation of its sales operations in the pre-ERP era; 4 years in setting up ERP & BPR practice for a start-up & 8 years at Polaris, where, in his capacity as the Global Practice Head for SAP & Baan, he managed all aspects of ERP business – Delivery, Sales, Pre-Sales & Competency. He has won several awards at global level for Best Case Study and Solution Concept presentations in various ERP & Industry fora.

Vivek is an alumni of The Doon School, Dehradun &  IIT – Varanasi (formerly IT-BHU) and has undergone one year long Management Programme conducted by the Tata Management Development Centre.
