Rajiv is responsible for formulating long term and short term Corporate Strategies and spearhead Strategic initiatives of the company. Rajiv is also managing and leading Education Services business and Marketing functon of JKT. Previous to that, Rajiv has also managed the Finance  function of the company. He is based at Noida.
 
Before joining JKT, Rajiv was Functional Head of the worldwide delivery organization of Blue Star Infotech, as Vice President – Delivery Operations. He was managing the operations of all business units as P&L centers and development centers at Mumbai & Bangalore, India.  Prior to that, Rajiv was managing the Project business of Intiqua(an e-business consulting firm) where his role included strategic leadership to creative, strategy and technology team, owing up revenue center, business development, delivery and sales support.

He started his career with HCL and during his 13 years of association with HCL, he spearheaded organization foray into eBusiness services domain, program managed different ODCs, championed CMM L4 initiatives, project management and pre-sales support.  He was the Centre Head of offshore unit of HCL Infosystems at Noida.

Rajiv had done his Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from Delhi University. Prior to that he has done his B.Sc. (Hons) from Hindu College, Delhi in Physics.
