Manoj heads Business Development and Sales operations of JKT India. He is responsible for sale for all  LOB’s (Line of Businesses) including Enterprise Solutions, Application Management & Professional Services. Besides this, Manoj is also responsible for managing Corporate Training business as profit centre.

Manoj started his career with HCL as a software developer and moved to JK Technosoft Ltd. in 1992. During this tenure, he was responsible for starting Mumbai regional office and running it as a profit center. Subsequently, he moved to New York to start US operations of JKT in the year 1999.

In 2000 Manoj joined IRIS Software as Head, Business Development (Software Services). His responsibilities included marketing strategy, sales, professional services, and ongoing support strategy. He was also the management representative from marketing for ISO implementation. In 2005, Manoj rejoined JK Technosoft in his current responsibilities.

Manoj graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree and his Post Graduation in System and Marketing Management.
